At Dutty’s Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds:

 Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• All custom embroidered items are FINAL SALE

 Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

 Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refund Process:

1. Contact Us: Email us at duttysboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a return address.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Method:

 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your returned item.

 Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.
