Return/Refund Policy

At Dutty’s Children’s Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Refund requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Custom Order Policy
All custom items are final sale. Because each piece is made specifically for you, returns and refunds are not available unless there was a mistake on my end (such as the wrong color or font chosen). Please know that I pour a lot of care into each order, but I’m only human and mistakes can occasionally happen. If that ever does, I’ll make it right!

Refund Process:

1. Contact Us: Email us at duttysboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a return address.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.

Growing Up

I grew up in Florida, where I spent my early years surrounded by beaches, warm weather, and the vibrant energy of the city. When I was young, my family made the big move to Eastern North Carolina, where I quickly fell in love with the slower pace of life and the beauty of the coastal landscapes.

Education

I graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, where I also focused on studying marketing. My time at ECU gave me the skills and knowledge to understand the ins and outs of business, and it’s where my passion for connecting with people and building brands really grew. It’s this foundation that fuels my work today as I bring the vision for Dutty’s to life!

Sewing

Growing up, I was always surrounded by the comforting hum of a sewing machine as my mom worked on her own business. I would watch her stitch together beautiful pieces, learning the art of sewing by her side. Over the years, I started sewing alongside her, honing my skills and developing a love for creating with my own hands. Now, I'm proud to expand my knowledge into embroidery and my own hand sewn products. Every piece is crafted with the same care and passion I learned from my mom.
